- The Design Team, New Moon
We were recommended to Gemma at Boreham House and asked to come up with a new identity that represented and encapsulated the look and feel of the iconic stately home.
We wanted our approach to reflect the historic nature of the building, whilst bringing the identity up to date for use across digital media. The result is a fine balance of minimal, flat design that makes use of negative space in its motif, coupled with the more traditional use of the Baskerville font and carefully spaced layout.
When coupled with high quality photography, which is often the case for wedding venues, the logo does a great job as an understated supporting component. It goes to show that sometimes you just simply can’t beat the classics.
Alongside branding and stationery we designed and printed a brochure to specifically promote Asian weddings at the venue. The glorious images that were supplied of the house and gardens spoke for themselves. We paired them with the new logo printed in custom Pantone Silver 877 inks on a 300gsm silk paper stock to give the brochure the wow factor.
