Fairway Training is one of the market leaders in NHS pension scheme training offering a wide range of services including payroll, pension administration, audits and training courses to GP practices throughout the UK.

We were approached by company director Andrew and tasked with creating a new visual style for Fairway that could be used across all of their support materials, including print collateral and digital media. The brief was to take a modern approach that could be easily understood by Fairway's varied client base.

Website, Database and CRM

Fairway wanted to improve connectivity to their clients via an online portal. From our meetings and developing relationship with Fairway we got talking about the development of a new website with an integrated CRM solution. Fairway wanted to implement a simple system to improve efficiencies in everyday internal tasks

Fairway CRM

Whilst the design team worked on prototyping and developing Fairway's front end website, the database team began to develop a fully featured CRM system allowing members to manage their payroll and pensions with intuitive functionality. The result is a seemless transition from the site's front end to the member login area and then finally into the back office areas. Our process of tandem and bespoke development resulted in a coherent and robust user experience. We are proud to say that our ongoing support and development with Fairway has enabled us to work on a number of associated projects with new clients in this industry.

Design & Print

We are always on hand to respond to a wide range of requirements from Fairway, acting as their design and marketing arm. Over the years we have covered all forms of print production, from promotional to operational, and from small to large format. An exhaustive list would be far too long to include here but we are very happy to extend that list year on year as our relationship with Fairway continues to grow.
