Blink Intermediary Solutions develops a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products to over 1000 insurance brokers throughout the UK. They were formed by a group of executives working in the city and are a division of a Lloyd’s broker. We were first introduced to Zoe, the marketing and communications director whilst in her erstwhile position and have been proudly working alongside Zoe and her team for a decade.
Since day one we have been iteratively developing a CRM solution in partnership with Blink IS that provides an ultra-reliable and robust service for them. The solution allows the business to manage their prospects, customers and service providers in one central place that can be accessed anywhere via the cloud.
The easy to use system provides contract management, finance monitoring and reporting solutions so that the business can operate completely paperless, whilst also ensuring that they always have the most up to date information about their customers and their current KPI performance. The systmem seemlessly integrates with calendars and email to help staff who are on the road to actively keep track of their next task. The solution also links to their front end website, allowing their customers to log into a portal to manage their account.
We are always on hand to respond to a wide range of requirements from Blink, acting as their design and marketing arm. Whether this is promoting the company internally to brokers or producing sales aids to assist those brokers in promoting their insurance products to the public, we are relied upon to provide a fast and effective service.
Over the years we have covered all forms of print production, from promotional to operational, and from small to large format. An exhaustive list would be far too long to include here but we are very happy to extend that list year on year as our relationship with Blink continues to progress.
